  Just so your office knows, my phone records all calls. The rudeness of your staff is inappropriate. Contemplating on releasing the calls to show the community what it is like to deal with your office, Dr. Cichelli. Using veterans choice, your staff failed to secure an appointment for a sleep study during the authorized period. I had the appointment on 9/19/2017. It is now 10/30/2017 and still have failed to secure an appointment even though the V.A. granted an extension authorization. Meanwhile, your staff continues to tell me they will make the appointment. Today, I left a message with Joanne(sp?), who told me she requested information on the 20th. You know, a month and a day after my original appointment. I then told her I spoke TODAY to a veterans choice coordinator who said there was an extension. She said "BUT BUT BUT I sent in a request the 20th" Okay, I get that, how about to expedite things you call the people and find out what's going on? Unfortunately, when I told her the problem started with them failing to secure an appointment during the original authorization, she became upset and hung up. Again, calls recorded.
